We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2021, at the age of 92, Shirley Aker of Marion, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Blevins and Lala Buchanan Blevins; and her husband Howard Aker. She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Aker of Vinton, VA and Melissa Coe of Gallatin, TN; her grandchildren, Amanda Strozeski (Mark) and Abbey Coe; her brothers, Garland, Mason, Doug and Harvey Blevins; her brother-in-law Guy Haulsee; and her close friends, Carolyn Owens and Joyce George.
