He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Blevins and Virginia Myers Blevins; his siblings, Quinten Blevins, Walter Blevins, Agnes Moulton, Charmie Lowe, Cleo Bowling, Betty Bogle and Polly Blevins; his close friend Bane Billings; and his grandson Richard Zane Blevins.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Keys Blevins; his sons, Shane Dremer Keith, Jr., Richard Keith Blevins (Mariann) and Jeffrey Shane Blevins (April); his grandchildren, Ethan, Cameron, Nolan Blevins, Callie and J. Mellinger; his great grandchild Cason Blevins; his sister Gladys Blevins Haga; his brother-in-law Lewis Haga; his stepsons, Jeff, Allen (Cindy), Mickey and Eddie Parks (Jen); and his pets, Sam, Molly, Lady and MoJo. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren and 12 step great-grandchildren.
