He is survived by: his spouse Ozena Anderson; his sister Carolyn Foster (Brent) of Chilhowie; his daughter Connie "Leigh" Romans (Rob) of Glade Spring; his grandson Zac Foster (Michelle); his great grandchildren, Jordyn and Brady Foster of Chilhowie; and his brother Otho Anderson of Piney Flats, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
