He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Ruth Clark; and his siblings, Tony Clark, Forrest Clark, Iva May Clark and Freda Clark.

He is survived by: his brother Robert Clark (Sue) of Kingsport, Tenn.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
