She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stark Phipps and Lou Ellen Hash Phipps; her husband Edward Lee "Buck" Wagner; her son Kokie Wagner; her grandson Benjamin Garrett Wagner; her daughter-in-law Eva Wagner; and her siblings, Addison, Bryce, Robert, Bill, Stuart, Letcher Phipps, Alene Cox, Susie Hines, Ruth Mitchell and Lucy Wheatly.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Lamie (Jack), Bill Wagner (Cheryl), Letcher Wagner (Carolyn), Ben Wagner (Tammy), Tom Phipps (Phyllis) and Sam Phipps (Joann); and her daughter-in-law Ellen Wagner. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
