She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Poston and Fannie Stoots Poston; her sisters, Malissa Crewey and Effie Bane; and her stepsister Louise Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Ross (Gary) and Karen Gillespie (Jim); her granddaughter Jamelyn Gillespie; and her sisters, Mary Alice Robinson and Pat Ford.
