He was predeceased by: his significant other Teresa Blevins Tilson; and his parents, Roy Tilson Sr. and Patricia B. Tilson. He is survived by: his siblings, Tammy Tilson, Tim Tilson (Jennifer) of Atkins and Steven Tilson (Lois) of Atkins; his godson Nolan Moser; his nieces and nephews, Hannah Craver (Logan), Gabriel Daugherty (Madison), Matthew Blevins (Becky), Sean O'Connor (Arianna Arconati) and Samantha Frye; his great-nephew Colter Craver; his pet Scruffy; and his close friends, Jacob Hall and Teddy Hall.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fraziers' Seaver-Brown Chapel (237 E Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Old Glade Baptist Cemetery.
