Ronnie Powers Sr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Ronnie Powers Sr. of Marion, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Powers and Hazel Powers; his siblings, Howard Richardson, Earl Powers and Ethel; and his brother-in-law Bud Ashby.

He is survived by: his fiancée Linda Dillman; his sons, Timothy Dillman (Rebecca) and Ronnie Powers, Jr.; his grandchildren, Callum Dillman, Kendell Powers, Jacob Powers, Emma Barrett and Addison Barrett; and his brothers, Rev. Joe Powers (Norma), Blaine Powers (Wanda) and V. J. Powers (Molly). He is also survived by his extended family, stepchildren, step grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, and nieces and nephews.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family will only have a graveside funeral service at 2:00PM on Friday November 27, 2020 at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Ernie Powers officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Bethel Baptist Church, 1354 Red Stone Rd, Chilhowie, VA.
