He is survived by: his brother Jerry Gilley; his stepson Robbie Buchanan; his brothers-in-law, Cracker Dempsey and Tommy Trent; his wife Carrie Gilley; his children, Brandon Gilley (Nikki) of Sugar Grove, VA, Chad Gilley of Sugar Grove, VA and Michelle Caywood (Joe) of Sugar Grove, VA; his stepson Cregger (Brandi) of Sugar Grove, VA; and his sisters, Janie Dempsey of Sugar Grove, VA, Dora Allison of Sugar Grove, VA and Connie Trent of Chilhowie, VA. He is also survived by grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
