He was predeceased by: his parents, Cole Plummer and Ruby Ashley Plummer; his son Eddie Dean Plummer; and his siblings, JoAnn Martin, Barney Plummer, Brian Plummer, Ruth Harvey, Jack Plummer, Patsy Mooney, Ray Plummer and Barbara Lynn Plummer.
He is survived by: his wife Loraine Baker Plummer; his children, Roy Dean Plummer (Sherry) and Leslie McMillan; his grandchildren, Lyndsey McMillan, Mitchell Reedy (Rebecca) and Andy Reedy (Darla); his siblings, Bob Plummer (Missy), Darlene Marshall, Colene Plummer and Ellen Brewer (Ray); and his great grandchildren, Andrew, Nate, Bryson, Cameron and Zachary Dean.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Rugby Fire and Rescue, or to the Troutdale Fire Department.
