She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Robert Costigan, Lydia Costigan, William Siegel and Lee Siegel; and her father-in-law Raymond Rowland.
She is survived by: her husband Chris Rowland; her children, Candace Osborne (Dustin) of Bristol, TN, Brooklynn Scholze (Joseph) of Holmen, WI and Jordan Yonts (Shannon Pionk) of Sugar Grove; her parents, Robert "Smokey" Costigan and Barbara Jean Sawyers; her brothers, Chris Costigan (Missy Dempsey) of Marion, VA and Tony Costigan (Julie) of Marion, VA; her uncle Gary Siegel; her mother-in-law Rozann Dority Rowland; and her siblings-in-law, John Quincy Rowland (Patty), Robin Rowland (Parviz) and Darlene Bishop (Richard). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society or to the Alzheimers Association.
