He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Perkins and Rita Holt; and his grandchildren, Shenell Perkins, Roshawn Perkins, Chauncey Perkins, Claud Perkins, Latoya Perkins, Takieon Perkins, Lamontae Perkins, Anthony Perkins, Lenar Perkins, Torry Perkins, Serena Perkins, Kevin Day and Kenita Day. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and other extended family.
