Heath of Marion, VA; his grandmother Betty Heath of Marion, VA; his aunts and uncles, Susie Gates (Jerry), Sandy Heath (Pam), Danny Heath (Crystal), Rodney Surber Sr. of Marion, VA and Patricia Heath of Huntsville, AL; and his cousins, Nikki Surber Atkins (Tommy Southard) of Marion, VA, Rodney Surber Jr., Kayla of Sugar Grove, VA, Tonya Blanchett, Tony of Meadowview, VA and Crystal Hurst of Atkins, VA. He is also survived by several other cousins, aunts, uncles, and many friends.
