He is survived by: his children, Natasha Kell (Michael Miller), Tim Kell (Kayla Chandler), Robbie Kell (Amber Vipperman), Hannah Kell, Gabe Kell and Sabrina Kell; his parents, Robert Kell, Sr. and Virginia Foley Kell; his grandchildren, James, Branson Miller, Nevaeh, Peyton and Paxton Kell; and his brothers, Kevin Kell, Sr., Jason Kell (Becky) and Carl Kell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends.
