He is survived by: his wife Melanie; his daughter Shellye Green (Tim) of Bedford, Texas; his grandchildren, Ashlee Kirkland (Ryan) of San Antonio, Aaron McCarty (Alyssa) of San Antonio, Garrett Green (Ellie) of Bedford, Taylor McCarty of San Antonio and Brigham McCarty (Katelyn) of Bedford, Texas; his great grandchildren, Ella Kirkland and Asher Green; his siblings, Jenna Cole (Johnny) of Montgomery, Texas and Kent McCarty (Carol) of Euless, Texas; his sister-in-law Geraldine McCarty of Eugene, Ore.; and his parents-in-law, Russell and MaryAnn Martin of Chilhowie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
