He is survived by: his wife Patsy Felty; his daughter Jennifer Felty; his friend Jason Blevins; his stepchildren, Kayla Silverio (Isaias), Kevin Griffey and Wyatt Webb; his grandchildren, Austin, Cole, Gracie Blevins, Marcos, Sofia, Angelina, Rosalyn, Mateo and Jorge Silverio; his siblings, Frank Felty (Sandy) of Chilhowie, Saltville of Chilhowie, Mike Felty (Rita) of Chilhowie, Marion of Chilhowie, Don Felty (Becky) of Chilhowie, Tracy Felty (Ruth) of Chilhowie, Margaret Carroll and Bristol; and his close friends, Wayne and Susie Burkett. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
