He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Quillen Hall; his daughter Keela Lynn Hall Smith (Brian Eugene Smith) of Marion, VA; his grandchildren, Spenser Brian Smith (Alison Nicole Smith) of Jefferson City, TN and Bly Quillen Smith of Marion, VA; and his sister-in-law Irene Quillen Peake of Marion, VA..
