She was predeceased by: her daughters, Joanie Lynn McAllister and Rebecca Hope Wagoner; her parents, James Billings and Anna Billings; her siblings, Robert Billings and Lois Stump; and her stepbrother Harold Riggins.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Morelock, Johnny McAllister, Patrick McAllister and Roy McAllister; her grandson William Wagoner; her siblings, Mary Ann Taylor, Janie Mabe, Martha Cline, Elizabeth Billings, Jody Billings, James Billings, Tommy Billings, Ernie Billings and Gary Billings; and her nephew Joey Taylor. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
