He is survived by: his wife Diana Sawyers; his children, Larry Whittaker, Angela Whittaker, Jason Whittaker and Kimberly Whittaker; his half-brother Billy Ellison; and his grandchildren, Christopher Brooks, Haley Turley, Nathanial Brooks, Sierra Whittaker, Hannah Whittaker, Natalie Whittaker, Noah Turley, Levi Lawson, Chelsea Lawson and Jason Whittaker, Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
