He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Elizabeth Marshall Mullins. He is survived by: his father Ulis Mullins of Raysal, WV; his siblings, Wesley Lee Mullins (Kimberly) of Lebanon, VA, Stephen Mark Mullins (Brookie) of Glad Spring, VA and Deborah Kay Garett of Lebanon, VA; and his close friend Ann Tate of Marion, VA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held in accordance with Covid-19 guidelines; mask are to be worn by all attending and social distancing is to be practiced with no more than 25 people in attendance.
