She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Campbell and Blanche Pennington Campbell; her brothers, Johnny Campbell and Billy Campbell; and her grandson Mikey Harris.
She is survived by: her husband Dallas Evans, Sr.; her children, Dallas Evans, Jr. (Krista), Teresa Ferley, Travis Evans (Belinda Paggett), Melissa Brown (Scott) and Shannon Campbell; her grandchildren, Kody Evans (McKenzie Ellison), Nikki Brown, Carson, Rachel Ferley and Ethan Evans; her siblings, Bob Campbell (Neva), Kitty Totten (Chester), Brenda Astrop (Bobby), Joe Campbell (Patty), Jimmy Campbell and Wanda Widener; and also Chuck Stout. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
