She was predeceased by: her son Shane Mullins; and her grandsons, Josh Mullins and Jeremy Gregg. She is survived by: her husband Raymond W. Mullins of Bristol; her children, Gwen Gregg (Michael) of Azle and Randy Mullins of Abingdon; her brother Donnie Gardner of Norton; and her grandchildren, Jamie, Randall, Benjamin, Brianne, Zachary and Ashley. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews.
