She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Carlton; and her parents, Henry Clyde and Margaret Emily Jones Faulkenberry. She is survived by: her children, Carol C. Eggleston of Rotonda, Nancy C. Stephens (Ken) of Lebanon, Linda C. Pennington (Wayne) of Marion, Ronald R. Carlton (Sharon) of Lutz and Larry A. Carlton (Trish) of Abingdon; her stepson Arthur L. Carlton of O'Brien; her grandchildren, Tina Carrico of Bristol, Amy Kennedy (Jim) of Oak Ridge, Michael Pennington (Amanda) of Abingdon, Lori Carlton of Abingdon, Kathy Chauffe (Andy) of Clarksville, Cindy Blades (Stan) of Watertown, Jennifer Metroka (Mike) of Tampa, Rebecca Pittman (Jeremy) of Orlando and Ryan Carlton of Spring Hill; and her sisters-in-law, Evelyn Faulkenberry of Heath Springs, S. C., Jeanette Faulkenberry of Belmont, N. C. and Leta Faulkenberry of Burlington, N. C.. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
