He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Bob" and Mary Thompson Heath; his siblings, Dewey Heath, Charles Heath, Carrie Justice, Glen Heath, Bobby Joe Heath and Harold Heath; and his great grandchild Jayden Heath.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Louise Heath; his children, Robert Heath (Linda) of Keyser, WV and Kelly Brown of Marion; his grandchildren, Brittany Hatfield (Adam), Allison Heath (Shawn Blankenship) and Tabitha Miller (Earnie); his great grandchildren, Hunter Heath, Aybree, Kayson Hatfield and Cole Miller; his brothers, Riley Heath of Marion and James Heath of Glade Spring; and his close friends, Mary, Roger Norman, Paul, Stacy York and Carolyn Hatfield Heath. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
