She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Elsworth Perkins; her parents, Robert Lee Belcher and Delilah Jane Green Belcher; her siblings, Gladys Belcher Whitaker, Claude Belcher, Bill Trump and Fred Trump; and her sons-in-law, William Medley, John Jessee and Jim Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Mildred Medley (Phyllis Peery), Virginia Jessee (Linda Bonham), Nancy Holmes (Tannersville) and Charles Glen Perkins (Janice Perkins); and her grandchildren, William Jeffery Holmes, Charles Holmes, Melissa Medley Dalton, Melinda Medley Sprinkle, Angela Peery Eller, Brian Smith, Crysti Jessee Musser, Lisa Perkins Wilson and Bobby Perkins. She is also survived by 20 great grandchildren.
