He is survived by: his son Dale Pennington (Kathy); his siblings, Jimmy Pennington, Sandy Hutton (Ben) and Jean Pennington; his grandchildren, Samantha Pennington and Joe; and his close friend Heather Wright. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
