She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Cary Lovelace and Bessie Mae Joines Lovelace; her daughter Brenda Blake; her grandsons, Jonathan Blake and Z. Blake; and her brother Robert Junior Lovelace. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a non-deductible gift can be made to the Comer Cemetery Fund, C/O the Bank of Marion, 195 Clear Creek Road Bristol, VA 24202.
