She was predeceased by: her parents, King Worley and Della Mae Worley; her husband Leroy Tuggle; her sons, Ricky Lee Tuggle and Gerald Wayne Tuggle; and her siblings, Ethel Scyphers, Leona Townsend, Annis Terry and Calvin Lewis Worley.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Tuggle (Michelle) and Teresa Coalson (Cecil); her daughter-in-law Jennifer Tuggle; and her brother James Carlton Worley. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
