She was predeceased by: her parents, Rush Prater and Bessie Richardson Prater; her siblings, Amos Prater, Bill Prater, Curt Prater, Ed Prater, James Prater, Virginia Harris and Peggy Woods; and her sons-in-law, Todd Saufley and Duane Howell.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Bowling (Doug), Christa Howell, Jacqueline Smith (Jeremiah) and Jamie Finley (Maria Atkins); her grandchildren, Natasha Bowling, Santana Taylor, Kayla Charles, Candice Howell, Jacob Howell, Joshua Charles, Victoria Saufley, Valerie Saufley, Vanessa Saufley, Vincient Saufley, Vivica Saufley, Vianna Saufley, Lonnie Smith, Declan Smith and Jayde Finley; her great grandchildren, London, Braxton, Cassie, Elijah, Sadie, Samuel, Warren, Miles, Theodore and Isabella; her sister Ramona Goodman; and also, Jamie Brookman and Amanda. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.

A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Resurrection Gardens.
