She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Frye and Bonnie Rigsby Frye; her husband Glen Redford Billings; her son Glen Scott Billings; and her son-in-law Rick Hanshew.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Hanshew, Catherine Livesay (Mike), Callie Joe Billings (Grace) and Bane Billings (Denise); her grandchildren, Tyler Livesay, Alia Billings, Willow Billings, Wyatt Billings, Brett Hanshew, Tiffany Hayton, Joey Billings and Katie Billings; her sister Blanche Foels; her daughter-in-law Crystal Billings; and her great grandchildren, Lilly and Bella.
