She is survived by: her husband Leonard Clyde Hoots; her children, Belinda Wharton (Paul Wharton) of Carrabelle, Denise Hess (Jerry Hess) of Asheville, Mark Hoots of Occoquan and Amy Hoots-Hendrix (Dylan Hendrix) of Roanoke; her grandchildren, Adrian Rector, Briana Rector, Kate Wharton, Krista Wharton and Grayson Hendrix; her great grandchild Jaxon Addison; and her brother David Helms (Susie) of Marion.
