She is survived by: her mother Mattie Haga; her stepmother Peggy Moore; her siblings, Vicki Oakes (Randy), Teresa Anderson (Gary), Becky Bowman (Roger) and Marcus Moore (Kathy); her former husband Joe David Fowler; her stepson Ashley Fowler (Melissa); her stepgrandchildren, Lylah and Clara; her aunt Elvie Vernon; and her friend Rita Lowman. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bradley's Funeral Home Chapel (938 N Main St, Marion, VA 24354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
