She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Taft Williams and Helen Duncan McMurray; and her brother Luke Williams. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Pappas; her children, Thomas Philip Pappas of Marion, VA and Laura Pappas of Washington Township, NJ; her siblings, William Spears of Kingsport, TN, Mark Williams of Kingsport, TN and Cathy Gillenwater of Kingsport, TN; and her grandchildren, Madison Pappas and Blake Pappas. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
