He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Osborne. He is survived by: his parents, Tanya Parnell (Adam) and James Robert "Jimbo" Billings; his siblings, Trevor Billings, Justin Billings, Gavin Billings, Cameron Billings and Shalyn Billings; his grandparents, Betty Osborne, James and Barbara Billings; his stepsiblings, Olivia Parnell and Owen Parnell; his aunts and uncles, Bobby Osborne, Jason Billings, Shannon Billings, Randall Spencer, Tammy Spencer and Lori Osborne; his niece Addy Billings; and his nephew Kenley Shearl. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
