He is survived by: his wife Karen O. Blevins of Atkins; his children, Camille Channell (Joe), Leonard Blevins, Jr., Delores Trejo of Front Royal and Wanda Boggs (Gary) of Front Royal; his grandchildren, Ethan, Haley, Kendall, James, Jonathon, Elizabeth, Becky, Missy, Joseph, Josh, Dana and Kayla; his siblings, Lee Blevins, Dee Blevins (Lucy) of Bassett, Howard Blevins of Rural Retreat, Erma Thompson (Jerry) of Front Royal and Roger Blevins; and his brother-in-law Gary Overbay (Lois). He is also survived by five great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
