She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Baldwin and Florence Parks Baldwin; her husband Raymond Russell; her son Timothy Russell; her siblings, Eugene Baldwin, James Baldwin, Dr. Leroy Baldwin, Magdalene Baldwin, Grace Arnold and Ruth Brooks; and her grandson Brandon Russell.
She is survived by: her son Monte J. Russell (Pam) of Marion, VA; her brother K. C. Baldwin (Donna) of Marion, VA; her grandchildren, Nicholas Russell, Sandy Russell of Brent Conklin, T. A, Ray and Misty Asbury; and her great grandchildren, Eliza, Zachary, Tristin, Abby and Todd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
