He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Blizzard and Anna Laura Hall Blizzard; and his siblings, Edward Blizzard, Joseph Blizzard (Sue) and Mary Helen Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Lee Blizzard, Roger Eugene Blizzard and Lisa Blizzard Hoover; and his siblings, Charles Blizzard (Connie), Thea Ruth Williams, Elizabeth Czelusniak and Betty Hester. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
