He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Pennington and Laura Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Iris Eller Pennington; his daughter Leslie Pennington Reedy of Marion; his brother Dave Pennington (Bridgette) of Boydton, VA; and his grandchildren, Morgan Widener (Kenna) and Autumn Reedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
