He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Powell and Betty Clark Powell; and his grandparents, George, Nannie Clark, Ernest and Alice Powell.
He is survived by: his sister Michelle Reece (David) of Butler, TN; and his aunts, Carolyn Ramsey (Bob) and Yvonne Powell. He is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
