She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Riffey and Mary Pauline Lawson Riffey; her children, Robert G. "Little Bob" Blevins, Jr., Rose Marie Bradford and Debra Ann Jackson Jones; and her siblings, Betsy Lou Smith, Phyllis Jean Robertson and Jessie Lewis Riffey.
She is survived by: her daughter Anna Lee Blevins O'Neal of Bristol, VA; her sister Rose Marie Collins (Marion); and her grandchildren, CJ Jackson, Samuel Jackson, Brian Russell, Bethany Carrier, Jessie O'Neal and Laken Carrier. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
