With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Tibbs of Marion, Virginia, born in Rural Retreat, Virginia, who passed away on January 8, 2021 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of June Tibbs to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Greek Dutton and Stella Mae Shupe Dutton; and her daughter Melinda. She is survived by: her husband Earl Tibbs; her pet Garfield; her siblings, Willard Dutton, Helen Reedy and Mary Ruth Vaught; her children, Joyce Harrington and Roger Tibbs; her grandchildren, Bryce, Chris Dawson, Brandi Tibbs, Jordan Cole, Joshua and Michael Harrington; and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Easton Harrington and Bridger Dawson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
