She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert McMahan and Minnie Hill McMahan; her husband C. B. "June" Rouse, Jr.; and her sons, Eddie Rouse and Clay "Duke" Hawkins.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanie Hart (Bobby); her daughter-in-law Mary Rouse; her granddaughters, Tanya Harrison (Jeff), Marcia Austin (Nace) and Lori Mann (Chris); her great grandchildren, Alex Hamm (Amber), Connor Howell, Sonni Jupino-Mann, Liam Jupino-Mann and Maci Feeny; her brother Kenny McMahan; her friends, Butch, Opal Testerman and Gary Ashby; and her children, Juanita, Eric and Mark. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (1183 St Clairs Creek Rd, Chilhowie, VA 24319). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
