He was predeceased by: his parents, Booker McGrady and Eula McGrady; his sisters, Joy Daniel and Edith Harper-Halsey; his brothers-in-law, Don Daniel and Buck Smith; his nephew Tommy Harper; and his stepson Steven Hughes.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Pellegrin and Alison Lewis; his sister Virginia Smith; his stepdaughter Toni Grubb (Doug); his stepgrandchildren, Tanner and Kelsey; his stepson Mitchell Hughes (Margaret); his stepgranddaughter Morgan Hughes; and also, John and Tim.
