He is survived by: his children, Melodee Osborne (Anthony Frank) and John Phillip Osborne; his mother Naomi Ruth Dean; his siblings, Tammy Lynn Roberson (Allen), Joseph Keith Osborne (Sandy) and Anthony Wayne Osborne (Bobbie); and his grandchildren, Brayden Frank, Bryley Frank and Brynley Frank. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
