She was predeceased by: her parents, Arde Testerman and Dora Bentley Testerman; and her siblings, Lucas, Clifton, James, Ricky Testerman, Marie Bowers, Shirley Snider and Phyllis Latham.
She is survived by: her son Jarrad Shumate (Samara) of Meadowview; her sisters, Naomi Stanberry of Konnarock, VA and Rena Rees of Spotsylvania, VA; and her grandsons, Zachary and Beau Shumate. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
