She was predeceased by: her husband John B. "JB" Styron. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Bird (W. Va) of Bluefield, John B. Styron, II (Julia Dearborn) of Oxford, N. C. and Michael T. Styron (Diarmuid Corcoran) of Emerald Isle, N. C.; and her grandchildren, Leslie Styron of Marion, Hailey Bird of Pittsburgh and Corey Bird of Topsail Island, N. C.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
