He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arlie Coe and Nannie Levon Stamper Coe; his son Douglas Ray Coe; and his wife Barbara Bernice Hayes Coe. He is survived by: his children, Judith A. Coe of Marion, Cindy Coe Harmon (John W. Harmon, Jr.) of Chilhowie, Donna Coe Hawkins (Dave Hawkins) of Mountain City, Tenn. and John S. Coe of Marion; his grandchildren, Heather Harmon (Lance Taylor), Dr. Kimberly Coe (Michael Odham), Heidi Coe Hockett (Jon), Jesse Coe, Justin Rose (Jamie) and Chris Coe; his great grandchildren, Kaydon, Camden Hockett, Reagan and Rylan Rose; his stepdaughter Tammy Rouse Jones (David) of Meadowview; and his siblings, Kathleen Powers, Susie Shumate and Bobby Coe (Wylene).
