It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jewel B. Armstrong (Marion, Virginia), who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jewel B. Armstrong to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Junior Armstrong; her parents, Lydia Greer White and James Lester Baker; and her siblings, James Ralph Baker, Paul Elwin Baker and Patricia White Stephens.
She is survived by: her children, Teri Armstrong VanDyke of Boone, N. C. and Greg Armstrong (Deborah) of Marion; her brother J. L. Baker (Opal) of Easley, S. C.; her sisters-in-law, Jenny Baker of Charleston, S. C. and Frances Baker of Greenville, S. C.; her granddaughter Brandi Blevins of Chilhowie; and her great grandchildren, Alisha Kestner of Chilhowie, Myla Heath of Chilhowie and Braydon Kestner of Chilhowie. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
