He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James L. Raney, Jr. and Margaret E. Cox of Washington, Penn.; his siblings, Karen Anderson of Marion, Kevin Raney (Vicki, Henry Jackson) of Washington and Mike Miller (Dixie) of Marion; and his close friends, Kenny Edwards and Carl Hibbard. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
