He is survived by: his children, Shana Holt (Dustin) of Knoxville, Tenn. and Brandon Brooks (Amanda) of Chilhowie; his siblings, Pamela Brooks (Eric Tucker) of Florence and Barry Brooks (Dana) of Chilhowie; his grandson Canaan Riley Holt of Knoxville, Tenn.; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Reynolds, Taylor Doss, Paisley Tucker, Elgin Brooks, Stephanie Davidson (Canaan) and Kayla Norris (Aaron); his great-nieces and great-nephews, McKinley, Laney, Zac Norris, Meela and Ezra Davidson; his aunts and uncles, Peggy, Ronnie Blankenbeckler, Glen, Helen Vernon and Phyllis Vernon; and his close friends, Judy Winebarger and Melanie.
